Refund policy

All our textiles and garments are carefully inspected for quality.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as expected.

For change-of-mind purchases, we do not offer refunds.

However, we are happy to provide an exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in original condition with tags attached.

Sale items: items marked as sale or clearance are not eligible for exchange or refund for change of mind.
